Overview

Picture this: You've built something incredible. You're helping students achieve their dreams of studying in Europe. You've got mentors, university partnerships, glowing testimonials, the whole nine yards. There's just one tiny problem...Your website looks like you made it in a day on Squarespace. (Because you did.) And now? Students are interested, sure.

But they're also confused. They don't know where to start. They're not booking calls. And you're stuck explaining the same things over and over instead of actually, you know, growing your business. That's exactly where Intellete's founder was when he reached out.

The Challenge

Here's what he told us in the first call:

"We built our website on Squarespace in a day - just something to get us started, but it didn't quite tell our story or showcase our offerings the way we wanted."

(Translation: they had all the pieces and their website was doing absolutely nothing with all that gold.)

Core Problems:

  • No clear funnel: Interested students didn't know where to find information or what steps to take next.
  • Lack of trust signals: The site didn't reflect the professionalism and authority Intellete had built.
  • Information overload: With so much valuable content (programs, universities, cities, requirements), students felt overwhelmed rather than empowered.
  • Low conversion: Traffic wasn't translating into booked discovery calls with their ideal student profile.

And they had a breaking point.

They were getting interest, but it wasn't converting. People didn't understand the full value before jumping on calls. And the founder knew they couldn't scale like this, not when every single prospect needed a personal walkthrough just to understand what Intellete actually does.

Our Strategy

During our strategy call, we immediately aligned on the vision: create a digital experience that guides students from brand awareness to booking a call.

1. Information That Builds Confidence

Instead of dumping everything on students at once, we created a navigation system that actually made sense to them:

  • Want to study in Berlin? Click here.
  • Interested in business programs? We got you.

Then we broke down each program page into bite-sized sections: top schools, how to actually get in, FAQs that answer the questions before students even ask them.

Suddenly, all that incredible information Intellete had? It became digestible. Trustworthy. Actually useful.

2. Strategic Design That Guides

We gave Intellete a fresh pastel color palette that felt elevated yet approachable.

The target audience was at the core of our strategy and it was perfectly suited for the young, ambitious audience.

The design language was intentional: colors differentiated categories and guided users deeper into the funnel without overwhelming them. Every design decision supported the user journey, ensuring students could easily self-educate before committing to a call.

3. Trust-Building Through Proof

Video testimonials from real students. Detailed case studies. A blog that became a traffic magnet. University partnerships displayed loud and proud. Because at the end of the day students needed to feel like, "Okay, these people actually know their shit. This is the real deal."

Also our only approach is to keep the process very collaborative. A website is a brand's entire world, and we believe in simplifying the process while keeping clients empowered.

The Outcome

The results? Chef's kiss

Students started booking calls and they showed up informed. They'd already explored programs, read testimonials, understood the process. The founder stopped playing website tour guide and started focusing on what actually mattered: expanding into new markets. But honestly, the best part wasn't the metrics (though those were great). It was watching Intellete finally have a website that matched the incredible work they were already doing. A platform that educated, converted, and scaled alongside their growing impact.

Client Notes

"Since the relaunch, we've received so many compliments on how clean, professional, and engaging the site looks. Highly recommend working with her."
